By accessing, registering on, or using the Fincorpus platform, website, mobile application or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the platform.

Fincorpus India Pvt. Ltd. operates a technology-enabled platform for mutual fund investing, portfolio tracking, goal-based investing and related financial services. Fincorpus is associated with an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor and operates in accordance with applicable SEBI, AMFI, PMLA, KYC and other regulatory requirements. The platform is designed to help investors discover, track and invest in mutual fund products. Any information available on the platform is intended for educational and informational purposes only. Fincorpus is not a stock exchange, asset management company, bank, custodian or depository participant.

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law
• Complete KYC requirements where applicable
• Provide accurate and updated information during onboarding
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Fincorpus reserves the right to restrict or terminate access if eligibility requirements are not met.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities conducted through your account.

• Not share passwords, OTPs or account access with others
• Immediately notify us of any suspected unauthorised access

Fincorpus will never request your password or OTP through calls, emails or messages.

• Access educational and market-related content

Investment baskets, themes, goals and portfolio tools are designed to simplify investing and should not be treated as personalised investment advice. Investors remain solely responsible for evaluating investment suitability and making final investment decisions.

Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Investors should read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing.

• Past performance does not guarantee future returns
• Returns are not assured or guaranteed
• Different mutual funds carry different levels of risk
• Sectoral and thematic funds may carry higher volatility
• International investments may be affected by global market movements and currency fluctuations

Investors should assess their financial goals, investment horizon and risk appetite before investing.

Creating and using a Fincorpus account may be free unless specifically stated otherwise. Fincorpus or its associated Mutual Fund Distributor may receive commissions, including trail commissions, from Asset Management Companies (AMCs) on investments made through regular mutual fund plans by the user, as permitted under applicable SEBI and AMFI regulations. Any applicable fees, charges or paid services offered through the platform will be disclosed separately before availing such services. All applicable taxes shall be charged as per law.

• Violate any law, regulation or regulatory guideline
• Attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data
• Use the platform for fraudulent, unlawful or money laundering activities
• Upload malicious software, viruses or harmful code
• Copy, scrape, reverse engineer or misuse platform content or technology

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access.

All content, designs, trademarks, logos, software, text, graphics and platform features are the property of Fincorpus or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially use any platform content without prior written permission.

Fincorpus provides the platform on a best-effort basis.

• Investment losses
• Market fluctuations
• Delays caused by third-party financial institutions, RTAs, AMCs or payment partners
• Service interruptions beyond reasonable control
• Losses arising from inaccurate information provided by users

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited under applicable law.

• Regulatory requirements require such action
• KYC requirements remain incomplete
• Fraudulent, suspicious or unlawful activity is detected
• These Terms are violated

Upon termination, investments held with respective AMCs shall continue to remain the property of the investor.

Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. By using the platform, you consent to such collection, processing and usage of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Investors are encouraged to verify all regulatory registrations before investing. Mutual fund distribution services are provided in accordance with applicable AMFI and SEBI regulations. Required disclosures including ARN details, commission disclosures and grievance mechanisms shall be made available separately wherever applicable.

For complaints, concerns or grievances, investors may contact our support team or grievance officer through the details provided on the platform. If a complaint remains unresolved, investors may also use applicable regulatory grievance mechanisms including SEBI SCORES, where applicable.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Nagpur, Maharashtra.

Fincorpus may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in services, technology, regulations or legal requirements. Updated versions will be published on the platform and become effective upon publication unless stated otherwise.
